Shawnee Williams is a celebrated yoga teacher and leader based in Phoenix, Arizona known for her empowerment, humor, fluidity and infusion of yoga philosophy into every experience on the mat. The Southern California native graduated from California State University with a double degree in Dance and Sociology before she leaned into the path of sharing the practice of yoga full time. Within the field of yoga she has facilitated dozens of yoga teacher trainings, leads annual international yoga retreats, is a current lululemon Scottsdale ambassador and has contributed to multiple Yoga Journal publications.
With over a decade of experience teaching movement modalities, Shawnee’s teaching style blends creativity and playfulness into every class, inviting you to explore dynamic sequences that challenge + inspire. Whether it’s vinyasa, power yoga, yoga sculpt, or restorative practices, Shawnee strives to help you cultivate a deep connection to your inner resilience, gratitude and joy. Her classes are an empowering, yoga philosophy rooted, heart-forward experiences filled with sweat, fun, and all the groovy music vibes… always.
Caitlin Barner deeply believes that "Movement is medicine!" and that moving our bodies in a fun way is the key to a healthy & happy life. No matter the format, she loves to bring a light and vibrant energy to her classes and embed mind-body-heart connection in everything she teaches. Caitlin is also a sound practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and believes in the power of moving energy to support our healing.
In her classes you'll find fun, dynamic sequences with poppin' music and a few laughs along the way!
Diane has been a student of all things spiritual for as long as she can remember. She is certified to teach five different styles of yoga, including Kundalini and Soma Yoga, and has spent 5 years of her life living in yoga ashrams. She also teaches and practices occupational and massage therapy. In 2020, she completed a 2-year Conscious Breathwork Facilitator apprenticeship in Sedona.
Her breathwork journey has unlocked more healing than she could have ever imagined, and one of her greatest joys is to be able to hold space for others to experience the magic of breathwork and all that it has to offer.
